MiiLike

In recent years, Japan has been undergoing a shift from medical personnel-centered medicine to patient-centered medicine.
Along with this change, the government and other organizations have advocated the importance of patient communities as places where patients can support each other, and in fact, many patient groups exist, but they are limited to exchanges of information for each disease. In addition, companies cannot use this patient information. Therefore, we have developed "MiiLike," a patient social networking service that allows patients' voices to be utilized for medical treatment.

The aggregation of patient knowledge will enable patients to solve each other's problems and create insights by understanding their true needs through their voices. The insights generated are expected to be returned to patients through the provision of accurate medical care, new solutions, and deployment in the insight business.
By using the MROC (Marketing Research Online Community) research method to collect user remark data obtained from MiiLike as a new way to collect patient insights, patient voices can be fed back to pharmaceutical companies and medical institutions to be used for drug discovery, clinical trials, and patient-directed messages (self development content).
