What is SMT for X?

smt for X

This initiative utilizes the SMT platform to support smooth public information disclosure by university hospitals and other clinical trial facilities and pharmaceutical companies, as part of providing information on treatment options to patients and physicians (medical institutions) not involved in clinical trials, from the perspective of PPI (Patient and Public Involvement) and patient-centricity.

For medical institutions conducting clinical trials, such as university hospitals and cancer centers:
You can publicly disclose information about the clinical trials and clinical research being conducted at your institution to nearby medical institutions, patients, and their families, and provide support up to and including screening and participation.
We have already achieved success in supporting disclosure at national university hospitals and other institutions.

For pharmaceutical companies:
You can publicly disclose information about the clinical trials and clinical research being conducted at your company to patients and their families.
You can turn participation applications on or off for each disclosed clinical trial or clinical research. We have already achieved success in supporting disclosure at several major pharmaceutical companies both in Japan and overseas.
