“StudyWorks®︎” has been introduced to Tsuchiura Kyodo Hospital, a general hospital of the Ibaraki Prefectural Welfare Agricultural Cooperative Association.
■Background to implementation (comment from the person in charge)
Tsuchiura Kyodo Hospital is a general hospital that involves multiple SMOs (study site support organizations), and the management of clinical trial information by each SMO is decentralized, creating issues with information sharing and quality control. In order to solve these issues and improve the quality and efficiency of clinical trial work, the hospital decided
to implement “StudyWorks,” a system that allows for centralized information management. Going forward, by utilizing this system, the
hospital will aim to strengthen its system so that it can handle a greater number of clinical trial contracts.
